NEW! Police Cadet Sponsorship Program
Attention aspiring police officers! Are you looking for a rewarding career in law enforcement? Look no further than the Pleasanton Police Department!

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for individuals to GET PAID TO ATTEND THE POLICE ACADEMY! That's right, not only will we cover your tuition, but we will also pay you an hourly wage during your time in the academy. Hurry, we only have two sponsorship spots available for qualified cadets. 

No prior experience is required, but applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition to paid tuition and an hourly wage, we offer excellent benefits to our employees and all uniforms and equipment provided. 

Applicants must:

• Be 21 years old by graduation
• Pass an extensive background check
• Pass a physical fitness test
• Pass a written entrance exam
