INVITATION FOR BID
The City of Pleasanton is accepting sealed bids for the City depository. The bids
should be plainly marked and submitted to the City Secretary, 108 Second St., P.O.
Box 209, Pleasanton, Texas 78064 by 2:00 p.m. on August 31, 2023. The bids will
be publicly opened at that time and will be considered by the Pleasanton City
Council at the Regular Meeting scheduled for September 14, 2023 at 5:30 p. m. in
the City Hall.
The bid will be for a 2-3 year agreement with an option to extend for another 2-3
years not to exceed a total of five year period beginning October 1, 2023. The
extension option would be at the sole discretion of the city.

569-3867, fax 830-569-5974) or on the website at www.pleasantontx.gov. The City
reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bid and to reject any and
all bids. The City also reserves the right to accept the bid most advantageous to the
City.
