General Notice
The City of Pleasanton, Texas (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT HANGAR ADDITIONS
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Pleasanton’s City Hall Office located at 108 Second St, Pleasanton, Texas 78064, until Thursday, OCTOBER 26TH , 2023 at 1:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The furnishing and installation of two (2) 80’ X 80’ pre-engineered metal airport hangar buildings, to be constructed at the Pleasanton Municipal Airport located at 340 Airport Road, Pleasanton, Texas 78064. Project to include the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to construct the hangar buildings, to include but not limited to concrete foundations, asphalt pavement aprons, building electrical and plumbing, and concrete sidewalks. Project also includes the furnishing and installation of an off-site water and sewer main extension, and appurtenances necessary to place the buildings into service.
